GreenCode Studio ("we", "our") operates greencodeiraq.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to services we build for clients, which are covered by their own agreements.

We keep this page short because our data practices are short: we collect what an enquiry needs, and nothing more.

When you use our contact form ("Let's talk"), we collect what you type into it: your name, email address and the details you share about your project. Submitting the form is entirely voluntary.

We use this information for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal or conversation if one follows.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider processes standard technical data when your browser requests a page — IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. These logs exist for security and reliability and are handled by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers or fingerprinting scripts on this site.

This site stores two preferences on your device: your language choice (a cookie) and your light/dark theme choice (in your browser's local storage). Neither is used to track you, and neither leaves your device except the language cookie, which simply tells our server which language to render.

You can clear both at any time through your browser settings; the site works without them, it just won't remember your preferences.

Two services touch this website: Cloudflare, which hosts and serves it, and Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces. Each receives the technical data needed to deliver its service (such as your IP address) and is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows from it. This site is served over HTTPS, and access to stored enquiry data is limited to the small team who reads and answers it.

You may ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it — usually faster than any legal deadline requires.

If our practices change, we update this page and the date above. Material changes will never retroactively cover data already collected under an earlier version.
